At the heart of this private psychotherapy practice for New York is a belief that true healing blends science with soul. Every client is unique, and every journey is personal—so therapy should be equally tailored. Kimberly’s approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy, EMDR, and curated lifestyle practices to address emotional, relational, and midlife challenges with depth and precision.

My philosophy emphasizes:

  • Integrative Care: Combining traditional psychodynamic psychotherapy with EMDR, CBT, IFS/Parts therapy, mindfulness, lifestyle interventions, and holistic strategies to support mind, body, and emotional well-being.

  • Personalized Approach: Every session is crafted to meet the individual needs of each client, respecting their story, goals, and pace.

  • Empowerment & Resilience: Therapy is a partnership. Clients are guided to heal old patterns, navigate transitions, and reclaim emotional balance, confidence, and vitality.

  • Luxury, Boutique Experience: The practice offers a private, concierge-level environment where midlife women, professionals, and couples can feel safe, supported, and fully seen.

Midlife is not a crisis—but an opportunity. With the right guidance and tools, emotional challenges can become catalysts for growth, transformation, and renewed vitality.

As a holistic and integrative psychotherapist, I strive to offer therapy that is challenging and compassionate. I always follow my intuition, and I can help you learn to trust your own inner wisdom as a guide. I believe in helping clients feel authentic and safe enough to feel embodied and deeply connected to “self” and others.

I work with people from all walks of life, addressing a broad range of difficulties, including those who are struggling to move forward with their lives following trauma or traumatic events. Many of my clients are successful, high-functioning professionals and creatives, yet struggle with anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, crisis, loss, destructive patterns that are repeated, and relationship concerns. They present to the world as “together” yet may suffer privately.

My background in performing arts and athletics has enabled me to understand and treat high-profile clients, including international musicians, creatives, writers, professional athletes, TV personalities, thought-leaders, entrepreneurs, and Fortune 500 CEOs. I work with adults and couples of diverse sexual, ethnic, and religious backgrounds.

The essence of my work is to facilitate emotional growth by identifying the root cause of symptoms (i.e., anxiety, depression, trauma, relational), using a holistic and integrative approach. The relationship or “fit” between therapist and patient is the best predictor of a successful therapy experience. Of course, I am not the right therapist for everyone. I am a relational therapist, which means that I place importance on our therapeutic relationship as a means to facilitate emotional healing.

I practice integrative psychotherapy; as such, I am less likely to adhere to a single psychological theory but rather draw from many therapy models.

Some practices that I blend may include:

  • EMDR Therapy

  • Mindful Self-Compassion skills

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Positive Psychology coaching

  • Attachment-Focused Couple Therapy

  • Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)

  • Somatic Experiencing techniques

  • Clinical Hypnosis

  • Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy

  • I am extensively trained in yoga, yoga therapy and self-care with the Urban Zen Foundation, in addition to level II Reiki practitioner. I enjoy supporting individuals using Reiki for self-care.
