As a licensed psychotherapist trained in meditation, yoga, Reiki, and energy healing, I bring a holistic, trauma-informed lens to Energy Psychology: integrating the seen and unseen, the felt and the known.
What Is Energy Healing Psychology?
Energy Healing Psychology is a therapeutic approach that honors the mind, body, and energetic system as a unified whole. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, it attends to the pathways through which emotional and psychic trauma can become “stuck” in the body’s energy field.
At its core, this modality holds that emotional healing isn’t just a cognitive process — it is also an energetic alchemy. Through intention, attunement, breath, and somatic awareness, we support the release of blockages, the expansion of flow, and the reconnection to your innate resilience.
The modalities I draw from include:
Reiki & Intuitive Energy Healing — channeling universal life force energy to facilitate balance and activation

While Energy Psychology might sound “spiritual” to some and “esoteric” to others, I approach it with clinical integrity, somatic discernment, and energetic curiosity. It is not a substitute for evidence-based therapy — but for many clients, it becomes the bridge that accelerates change where cognitive work alone has plateaued.
How Our Virtual Sessions Work
Because I practice exclusively virtually, you can engage in this work from wherever you are in New York State — NYC, upstate, the Hudson Valley, Long Island, or beyond.
Here’s how a typical virtual energy session unfolds:
Tuning In & Grounding
We begin with breath or grounding exercises (often drawn from your meditation or yoga practice) to center the nervous system and create a container of safety.Energetic Scan & Presence Check
With gentle guided awareness, we scan your energy field (through intention, intuitive sensing, or imagery). You’re encouraged to notice sensations, emotions, or energy movements.Release / Clear / Activate
Using Reiki or energetic techniques, we gently work with the subtle field — helping to release stagnant energy, open blocked channels, or re-anchor flow. This might include visualization, hands-off energy channeling, meridian tapping, or light movement (you remain fully clothed).Psyche-Integration & Verbal Dialogue
After or during energy work, we move into talk, parts work, or inner inquiry to help whatever surfaced feel understood, translated, and integrated. The energetic insights become medicine when they speak your internal language.Closing & Grounding Ritual
We close with a grounding or centering protocol — often a breath, somatic anchor, or short meditation — that roots the shift into your felt body. I may give you a short energy practice or meditation to support the integration between sessions.
